Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all services, digital products, and physical products offered by Veyora at the domain veyoraone.digital. Effective 2025.

1. Services Overview

Veyora provides spiritual development courses designed for entrepreneurs, business owners, and executives ("Clients"). Services may include live seminars, workshops, and one-on-one sessions.

2. Digital Products

Digital products include downloadable materials, recorded sessions, workbooks, and templates ("Digital Products"). Access to Digital Products is granted upon successful payment. Due to the immediate nature of delivery, all sales of Digital Products are final. No refund requests are accepted once access is provided. This policy ensures quality and integrity of content.

3. Physical Products

Physical products include books, journals, kits, and merchandise ("Products"). Clients may initiate a refund request within fourteen days of delivery. The Product must be unused and in original condition. Clients must ship the Product back to Veyora at their own shipping expense to Via Nassa 28, 6900 Lugano, Switzerland. Refunds will be processed within thirty days of receipt. Products received after fourteen days are not eligible.

4. Refund Policy

Clients may request a refund or credit under the following conditions:

• Services: Full refund if requested at least seven days before scheduled service date. Sessions cancelled within seven days are non-refundable due to preparation commitments.
• Digital Products: Non-refundable once access is granted.
• Physical Products: Refund eligibility as outlined above.

Refunds or credits will be issued using the original method of payment. Processing may take up to fourteen days after approval. If funds have already been transferred, Veyora will coordinate a refund processing through its payment provider.

5. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule a service by notifying Veyora at least seven days before the original date. Rescheduled services are subject to availability and must occur within ninety days of the original date. Rescheduling requests made less than seven days prior cannot be accommodated due to resource planning.

6. Payment Terms

All fees are payable in full before access or delivery. Veyora accepts major credit cards and approved online payment methods. Non-payment may result in suspension of service.

7. Changes to Terms

Veyora reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via the website or email.
